What the marketing blurb says

Brother HL-1210W review: reliable mono laser printer for an extremely low price point. The Brother HL-1210W is a very reliable mono laser printer for an extremely low price point.

This is a small printer – with its trays shut, its footprint is only slightly larger than an A4 sheet, so it will fit easily on a table or desk. Before printing can start, though, you have to fold down the front panel, which then becomes the paper feed tray, and fold out a two-stage output tray from the top. These trays increase the overall space the printer occupies by about a quarter.

What our printer engineer Marius says

The Brother HL 1210W is a very cheap and compact printer but I am not entirely sure about the build quality. All the plastics and parts seems a bit flimsy. If you are looking for a small mono printer which is entirely dedicated for home use  is ideal. At under £70 including a full size cartridge (worth £35 inc VAT) is a very good value for money. Also Brother will put in the box the USB cable .
